In 1983 in North Vancouver, British Columbia, a few AA members started a group to study how the Big Book was telling us to take the 4th. step. Later other groups invited us to come and a put on a workshop for their members. Many are step groups when they reach step 4. This study group continues today as a moving workshop with members in cities and towns in southwestern British Columbia

We have found this study extremely important. The balance of the steps and our recovery depend on our efforts with the 4th step. The purpose of this online meeting is to share with AA as a whole what we have found, the meeting study format that developed and to continue with the group's primary purpose. ~In recient years the workshop has become a one day affair, starting at 10:00 am. using approximatly one hour for each session followed with a short break, a half hour pot luck lunch and continuing to 5 pm.
New: Step 5 from the Big book will now be discussed in the final session.

~A group or  individual may use this format at their own pace.
